About Massimiliano Di Tillio

Massimiliano Di Tillio is a primary school teacher, author, and educational project developer. He holds a degree in Classical Literature with a specialization in Archaeology from the "Gabriele d'Annunzio" University of Chieti-Pescara, is qualified to teach at both primary and preschool levels, and holds a secondary-school teaching qualification for Italian, History, and Geography (class A-12). He also serves as a school site coordinator.

Years of working with children shaped his interest in how a child's inner dialogue and view of mistakes affect their confidence, motivation, and learning. This led him to create "Sbaglio, Cresco, Imparo" ("I Make Mistakes, I Grow, I Learn") — a project that helps children build a more constructive inner voice, trust their abilities, and see mistakes as a natural part of growth. Drawing on growth mindset and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), it also brings parents into the journey.

His guiding belief is simple: a mistake should never define what a child believes they can become.
