Subscription Policy

Leaply offers its services on a subscription basis for a fee. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter until you cancel, at the then-current subscription fee.

The options for the subscription period duration may be set at the discretion of Leaply and change from time to time. It is crucial to review the payment page for the applicable subscription terms. For instance, the subscription period may be of the following duration: 4 weeks, 12 weeks or 24 weeks.

All relevant and applicable fees will be clearly stated on the payment page, which we advise reading carefully. We may charge any of the fees in a single transaction or in a number of separate transactions.

We may also from time to time offer discounted offers that automatically renew at the full price without a discount after the end of the discount period. Such offers may include, but are not limited to, introductory offers when you set up an account and initiate your first subscription with us. The prices may vary depending on your region and other factors. Please always pay attention to the prices stated on the payment page.

Additionally, Leaply may offer temporary promotional discounts at its sole discretion, including special pricing for first-time users. Furthermore, Leaply may offer a trial subscription. However, Leaply is under no obligation to offer such trials and does not guarantee their availability.

Payments will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase at the payment page. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees on each renewal date to the payment method that you provided until you cancel your subscription.

You authorize Leaply to provide your payment details to a third-party payment provider for the processing of your payments. Your credit/debit card provider may charge currency conversion fees and other processing fees for your payments.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of then-current period.

Also you may cancel subscription by contacting us at support@theleaply.com. If you cancel, your right to use the Service will continue until the end of your then-current subscription period and will then terminate without further charges.

We may cancel your subscription if you fail to pay for your subscription, violate our Terms of Use & Service, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

For Web Purchases, payments are generally non-refundable unless our Money-Back Guarantee conditions are met or if required by applicable mandatory law. Please review our Money-Back Guarantee to understand when a refund may be available.

We may modify subscription fees at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where required by law, we will notify you of any pricing changes in advance. Where no specific timeframe is prescribed by law, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

If you do not agree to the updated fees, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any fee change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
