2. General Refund Policy
We value your experience and want to make sure you feel supported. However, if you do not meet the conditions set out in Section 1, payments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.
Certain refund requests that fall outside the above conditions may still be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion. To submit such a request, please contact us at support@theleaply.com.
In any case, we reserve the right to decline a refund if you have violated any provisions of our Terms of Use & Service.
3. EU and UK Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of digital services within 14 days of your first payment, without providing any reason and without incurring any additional costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at support@theleaply.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
If you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of the Service before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right to withdraw upon full performance, you may be eligible for a proportional refund only — based on the portion of the Service not yet delivered at the time of your withdrawal request.
Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

4. California Residents
If you reside in California, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the fifth business day following the date of the purchase. If you exercise this right, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
To request a refund under this provision, please contact us at support@theleaply.com before the cancellation deadline. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.
