Service | Leaply is an online wellness service (website and mobile app) providing guided routines and exercise plans. Content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. |
Price | The price of each plan and of any additional offer is displayed on the offer page, the checkout page and, where applicable, the upsell page before you make a purchase. Displayed prices are the total amount payable and include all applicable taxes and fees. |
Fees other than the price | Internet connection and data charges needed to access the website or to download and use the app are paid by the customer. If your payment is processed in a currency other than your card or account currency, your card issuer or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee. Leaply charges no other fees. |
Payment methods | The payment methods available for your purchase are displayed on the checkout page. In-app purchases are paid through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. |
Payment timing | First payment: charged when you confirm your order on the checkout page. Renewals: charged automatically on the renewal date, which is the first day of each new subscription period. For PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, the App Store, and Google Play, the timing of the debit from your account is subject to those providers' terms. |
Service start | Immediately after payment is completed (normally within a few minutes). On each renewal, access continues without interruption. |
Subscription term and automatic renewal | Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Each plan renews automatically for the subscription period and at the renewal price shown before purchase, until you cancel. Introductory prices apply to the first period only. One-time add-ons are charged once and do not renew. If we change a price, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before it takes effect, with the effective date; you may cancel before then. |
How to cancel | Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Website or app: Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription → Confirm Cancel. You can also cancel by email to support@theleaply.com. In-app purchases: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. There is no cancellation fee. |
Effect of cancellation | You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation. |
Returns and refunds | Because the service is digital content, purchases cannot be returned, and fees for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available (1) under our Money-Back Guarantee, if its conditions are met, and (2) where required by law. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. |
